Before the survey

Steps to take the survey

  2. Various Salon names will appear on the screen. Select the salon you went to.
  3. Read all the rules and privacy policy that appear on the screen before proceeding.
  4. Enter your country, state and city.
  5. Then enter your ticket number and the name of stylist in the text box. All this is printed on the receipt.
  6. Click and begin the survey.
  7. A series of simple questions will now appear on your screen regarding your experience.
  8. Take your time and answer all the questions honestly.
  9. Write additional feedback in the comment section or in the text box.
  10. Enter your email address if you wish to receive notifications.
  11. You have now completed the survey.
